Leatherwood Honey is one of Australia’s most prized honeys, produced from the blossoms of the Tasmanian Leatherwood tree, which flowers only for a short period each year in remote ancient forests. Known for its distinctive floral aroma and smooth golden texture, it forms the rich and aromatic base of this blend.

Fresh Royal Jelly is the exclusive nourishment of the queen bee throughout her entire life. Unlike worker bees, the queen is fed only royal jelly, allowing her to grow larger, live longer and maintain her role in the hive. It is naturally rich in proteins, lipids, and unique compounds such as 10-HDA, a fatty acid found almost exclusively in royal jelly and valued as one of its defining components.

Bee Bread is pollen that has been collected by worker bees, mixed with nectar and enzymes, and stored in the comb where it undergoes natural lactic fermentation. This process transforms the pollen into a more bioavailable and nutrient-dense food, used by the hive to nourish young bees and support colony development.

Bee Pollen consists of flower pollens gathered by bees and packed into granules with nectar and enzymes. It serves as one of the hive’s primary food sources, naturally containing proteins, amino acids, enzymes, and diverse plant compounds that reflect the botanical variety of the environment.

Propolis is a resinous substance collected by bees from tree buds and plant sources, then blended with wax and enzymes to protect and seal the hive.
