This handcrafted tooth powder is made from naturally occurring ingredients including limestone powder, bentonite clay, propolis, peppermint, elderberry and sea salt. Blended in small batches, it offers a simple alternative to conventional toothpaste using whole mineral and botanical ingredients.

Inspired by traditional oral care practices, this formula reflects a time before modern toothpaste, when minerals, herbs and other natural materials were commonly used for cleaning the teeth.

Ingredients

Limestone Powder (Calcium Carbonate)

A naturally occurring mineral traditionally used in tooth powders for gentle polishing.

Organic Bentonite Clay

A naturally occurring clay that contributes to the smooth texture of the powder.

Raw Propolis Powder

A resinous substance collected by honeybees from tree buds and other plant sources. Bees use propolis to help seal and maintain the hive. It naturally contains plant resins, aromatic compounds and flavonoids.

Organic Peppermint Leaf Powder

Provides a gentle herbal mint flavour.

Organic Elderberry Powder

Contributes the blend's natural botanical colour and earthy character.

Fine Celtic Sea Salt

A naturally occurring mineral ingredient traditionally included in simple oral cleansing blends.

How It Feels

The powder has a mild peppermint aroma with subtle notes of natural propolis.

Unlike many conventional toothpastes, it contains no synthetic foaming agents, resulting in a gentle, low-foam brushing experience.

Because this formula contains real propolis, small natural resin particles may occasionally remain after rinsing. This is a normal characteristic of the ingredient.

How to Use

Dip a dry toothbrush lightly into the powder or sprinkle a small amount onto the brush.

Brush gently for approximately two minutes before rinsing.

Some customers also enjoy mixing a small amount with extra virgin coconut oil to create a smooth brushing paste.
